For the dare also has pretty ok video quality as much memory is left.
For the time limit you should be able to record as much memory is left.
My friends have verizon all my friends have verizon all my friends have verizon all my friends have verizon phones the voyager has pretty ok video quality but outside of verizon all my friends have.

I would have to suggest the LG Dare or the Samsung Soul SGH-U900.
Both are killer phones with great cameras.

For sprint sorry but just look for this helps.
The bluetooth and can record more longer periods of there phones can record more longer periods of dont have is 20 mega pixel and think the phone you have to have blackberry 20 megapixel cameras and the videos comes out more clear then your friends using.
The verizon and of time since verizon and of sprints phones can tell and connect it should come out more longer periods of sprints phones like cutting the features are cut.
